Finally, we must acknowledge the fact that we are not living in our ancestors’ time. Although the United States of America is a very modernized country, we still suffer from a lot of heart problems and other medical issues that weren’t present in years past. Therefore, it is imperative for all of us to utilize our bodies in a healthy manner. As mentioned above, we should start to burn more calories than we consume each day. In addition, we should reduce our consumption of high fat, high sugar foods and replace them with vegetables, fruits, and nuts.
Of course, changing our lifestyle in the United States alone won’t guarantee that you will lose weight and become healthier. Many people simply don’t have the dedication to make such changes in their lifestyles.
